Octopus / Blank
Populonia (Etruria) - As

Description
Obverse: Octopus, six tentacles
Reverse: Blank
This coin is EC I, 5.27 which is I. Vecchi, Etruscan Coinage Part 1 (Milan, 2012); Notably this coin is Etruscan - not Greek. However, most auction houses list Etruscan coinage under their Greek section as the Etruscans copied their coinage from the Greeks. This was my first coin, I didn't actually read the size when I bought it so when I recieved it I was flabbergasted at the size. And now I almost exclusively collect fractions.
